My approach to care is proactive, educational, and evidence-based. I believe that “you are what you eat” and that “if you don’t use it, you lose it.” Nutrition, movement, and daily habits are the foundation of long-term health. Medications can be necessary and lifesaving, but they should support a healthy lifestyle rather than replace it. Like teaching someone to fish, I focus on educating and empowering patients to take ownership of their health through sustainable, practical changes.

Medicine is complex, and not all information is equally reliable. My recommendations are grounded in rigorous training, ongoing study, and high-quality scientific evidence. I emphasize close follow-up, thoughtful monitoring, and adjusting care as needed, with clear communication, realistic expectations, and collaborative, respectful decision-making.

Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children, staying active, and working on home improvement projects. I try to practice what I preach when it comes to healthy living, but like everyone, I am a work in progress. I believe improvement happens one day at a time, and I approach my own health the same way I encourage my patients to approach theirs: keep trying and aim for progress, not perfection.

I value long-term relationships with patients and families and strive to provide comprehensive, continuity-based care. My goal is for patients to feel informed, capable, and confident in managing their health, with clear guidance and support along the way.
