Yes. We offer televisits through the Healow platform, allowing you to meet with your provider via secure two-way video from your home or office. To schedule, contact your physician’s office. You’ll need an active Patient Portal account and the Healow app on your phone or access from a home computer.
Yes. Many offices offer same‑day or urgent appointments for acute concerns such as illness, infections, or sudden symptoms. Availability can vary by location and provider, so we recommend calling your office directly if you need to be seen quickly.

Yes. Pioneer Physicians Network offers after‑hours care on weekends at three designated After Hours Clinic locations. These visits are designed for urgent, non‑emergency concerns when your regular office is closed. Patients can contact their primary care office to schedule or self‑schedule weekend appointments through the patient portal, the Healow app, or our website. Appointment availability opens ahead of the weekend and may vary by location.

NPs (Nurse Practitioner) and PAs (Physician Assistant) are both Advanced Practice Providers, or APPs. APPs are highly trained, licensed clinicians who can diagnose conditions, order and interpret tests, prescribe medications, and manage both acute and chronic health needs. At Pioneer, our APPs practice as part of a collaborative care team alongside our physicians.

Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card(s), a list of current medications, any relevant medical records from prior providers, and completed new patient forms (available to download on our Patient Forms page). Arriving 10–15 minutes early for your first visit is recommended.

Pioneer Physicians Network provides primary care for patients of all ages, from pediatrics through older adulthood. Some providers or locations may have specific age focuses, so we encourage you to review individual provider profiles or contact the office to confirm the best fit for your needs.

We encourage uninsured patients to contact us; we can discuss payment options and, where appropriate, connect you with resources. Uninsured individuals who meet income guidelines may be eligible for services through Faithful Servants Care Center, a free clinic our providers volunteer at in Tallmadge, OH.
A guarantor is the person who is financially responsible for a patient’s medical bill. This is often the patient themselves, but for a minor child it is typically a parent or legal guardian. When you receive a bill from us, it will be addressed to the guarantor on file. If you’re unsure who is listed as the guarantor on your account, or need to update that information, please contact our billing team at (330) 974-0788.
Visit the Patient Portal link at the top of our website or download the healow app on your phone. If you don’t yet have portal access, contact your provider’s office to be enrolled. You’ll need your username and password active before attending a TeleVisit.
Yes. The patient portal allows you to request prescription refills, view lab results, send messages to your care team, and review visit summaries. For urgent medication needs, please call your provider’s office directly.
