I was born and raised in Akron, Ohio, and graduated from The University of Akron in 1987. I then graduated from the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo in 1991 and returned to Akron to complete my Internal Medicine Residency at Akron City Hospital in 1994. I have been in practice since July 1994 with my business partner, Dr. Michael Gedeon. I see patients 16 years of age and older. I especially enjoy the opportunity to care for families and to get to know patients on a personal level.

I am also involved in teaching medical students from the Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED), where I am an Associate Clinical Professor of Internal Medicine. I have maintained my certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

I have been married for 35 years and have 4 children. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends as well as golfing, hunting, and traveling.
