Medina Primary Care was founded in October 2022 with Dr. Esterle being the sole provider. Heather Miller, CNP joined us in December 2023 and Dr. Jacob Brock in September 2025. We are a provider-owned, patient-centered practice located in Medina. Our team is committed to making your health and wellness our priority.
