Ohio Family Practice

Ohio Family Practice has been a trusted part of the Fairlawn community for more than fifty years. Drs. Kelli Sabin and James DomDera have led the practice as partners since 2004, building on a long tradition of individualized, full-service family medicine.

At Ohio Family Practice, every patient has their own personal physician — someone who knows them, their history, and their goals. Our physician assistants and nurse practitioners work alongside our physicians to make sure you always have access to care when you need it, without the wait.
